Sean Brashears is an experienced professional in the food service industry, currently serving as the Field Training Manager at Hattie B's Hot Chicken since December 2022. Previously, Sean held the role of General Manager at Hattie B's from December 2017 to December 2022, and also worked as a Kitchen Manager within the same establishment. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Sous Chef at M Street Entertainment Group, specializing in fine dining with a focus on sushi and robata grill from March 2015 to December 2017. Sean began as the Owner of Wrapper’s Delight Food Truck, operating from February 2011 to February 2014, offering gourmet wraps. Sean holds an educational background from Middle Tennessee State University, where studies took place from 2004 to 2007.
