Maribel L Hernandez-Gonzalez is an experienced Senior Change Manager at ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé, with a career spanning over two decades in human resources and continuous improvement leadership. Since April 2007, Maribel has played a pivotal role in driving change and adoption across NUSA Divisions within the Enterprise Business Planning Program, as well as managing the global continuous improvement initiative known as the NCE Initiative for the Zone Americas Markets. Prior roles include leading continuous excellence initiatives in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean and overseeing HR functions across various sectors, including Food & Beverage, Nutrition, and Hospitality. Maribel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and has furthered education at People Advantage and the SUMA Advanced Management School.
