Timothy Mann is the current Vice President and Chief Claim Officer at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company. Prior to this, they served as Vice President and Head of Property Claims at Conifer Insurance Company from May of 2018 to May of 2020. Before that, they were the Assistant Vice President of Property Claims at The Hanover Insurance Group from January 2011 to May of 2018, where they led a regional property hub within the claims department with 9 direct reports and an employee count of 65. Timothy has also served as a Regional Operations Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from June 1993 to December of 2011. Throughout their career, Timothy has been responsible for setting goals, strategic planning, process improvement, recruiting and hiring, and training. Timothy has also led operational and expense initiatives to reduce I/A spend, contents estimating, water mitigation, structural estimating, and best practices. In addition, they have redesigned hub structures to increase service, quality, and efficiency while also improving employee engagement.
