Thibault Pironneau is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles at IBM since December 2012, currently serving as the Consulting France leader for the Public sector and Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors. In this capacity, Thibault manages business development, P&L responsibilities, and talent management, while also being a member of the IBM Consulting EXCOM. Prior to this role, Thibault held various positions at IBM, including Executive Partner and Business Development leader for Public Sector & HCLS across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, Thibault serves as an administrator for UNEDIC, representing MEDEF, and has past experience as a Senior Manager at Accenture. Thibault holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and has completed an educational program at INSEAD in 2015.
