Ntsako Maringa is currently serving as a CCS FNOL Team Leader at Hastings Direct since February 2023, with prior experience as a Claims Service Advisor at OUTsurance from November 2018 to February 2023. Ntsako also held the position of Personal Financial Advisor at Old Mutual South Africa for a brief period in mid-2018 and worked as a Sales Consultant at Platinum Life and KE Marketing Solutions earlier that same year. Concurrently, Ntsako has been a student at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika since February 2018, pursuing a Bcompt degree in accounting science with a focus on internal auditing. Additionally, Ntsako obtained a National Certificate in Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support from the Services Sector Education and Training Authority in 2022. The educational background also includes attendance at the University of Pretoria from 2013 to 2017.
