Thyra Jenje currently serves as the Director of Solutions Engineering for EMEA Central at HashiCorp, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Thyra held various senior leadership positions at Splunk, including Sr Director and Head of Strategy & Transformation for Global Shared Services, as well as Area Vice President for EMEA North Sales Engineering, overseeing regions such as Benelux, Nordics, and DACH. Thyra’s earlier experience includes key roles at T-Systems International, Dell Technologies, DHL, and IBM, with a focus on sales engineering, customer business management, and account management. Thyra co-owned Progressivo Zebra BV and managed customer service operations for De Ster BV in multiple international regions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1984 and 1990.
