We've got Chef Antonio's parents to thank for drilling into him at an early age the importance of food, where it comes from, and how to reduce its waste. 30 years later, Antonio puts those early lessons into practice as he supports the culinary team with menu concepts, ingredient strategies, recipe building systems, and field support. Working alongside Chef Matt Thompson, Antonio trains and supports Harvest Table's culinary standards. As for what fuels him each day?
