Mathilde Brousse is a data and AI expert with a diverse background in fintech and consulting. Currently serving as Co-founder of Bastille Collective and Head of Data & AI at Harvest Groupe since June 2021, Mathilde leads initiatives to integrate artificial intelligence solutions and develop metrics for enhanced user experience. With prior experience as a Data Science Product Manager at Euler Hermes, Mathilde drove product delivery and coordinated teams to align analytical solutions with business needs. Previous roles include positions at Ekimetrics as a Consultant Data Scientist, where marketing strategies were developed through data modeling, and at IBM France, where Mathilde contributed to business development in urban innovation. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Data Sciences and Business Analytics from CentraleSupélec and a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School.
