Antara Bhattacharya is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Senior Manager at Harvard Maintenance since October 2020, where previous experience includes a managerial role in the same field. Prior to Harvard, Antara held multiple positions at Amazon from August 2013 to October 2020, including Training Program Manager for Global and India, as well as Learning and Development Specialist. Earlier career experience includes a role as Training Specialist at WNS Global Services and as a Learning Analyst at Accenture. Antara holds a degree in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Mumbai.
