Kasey Ford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in talent acquisition and people solutions. Kasey'smost recent position was as a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at United Musculoskeletal Partners. Kasey also worked at EmployBridge, where they held various roles including Director of People Solutions, Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Leadership Development, Area Vice President, Regional Trainer / Regional Training Manager, and Area Operations Manager. Kasey began their career at Randstad as a Staffing Agent / Senior Staffing Consultant, and also worked as a National Healthcare Consultant at Sunbelt Staffing.

Kasey Ford attended Elon University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services. In 2015, they also received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Riverwood Associates, LLC.
