Jay Bernabe has extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as Engineering Director at Hartford Technologies since April 2015. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a Senior Product Engineer at Associated Spring Barnes Group Inc. since 2003 and held the position of Group Metallurgist at Barnes Group Inc. from October 1996 to August 1999. Jay holds a Master's degree in Operations Management and a Master's degree in Metallurgy from Rensselaer at Work, completed between 2001-2003 and 1997-2000, respectively, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy from the University of Connecticut, earned from 1985 to 1990.
