Bal Summan is an experienced professional with a strong background in application support and management at Harrods since November 2005. Currently serving as Application Support Manager, Bal has led the implementation and support of Workday HCM applications and various integrations since 2019. Previous roles include Vendor Applications Manager, where leadership was provided to a team of analysts for designing and implementing solutions, and Operations Manager for IT applications, overseeing people management systems.
