Rachel Cranwell has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Acting Primary Phase Lead at Harris Federation since July 2017. Prior to this role, Rachel was an Assistant Principal at Harris Primary Academy from April 2013 to July 2017, also taking on responsibilities as Key Stage 1 Phase and English Lead. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Leadership from UCL, which was completed between 2014 and 2017.
