Pavel Kudinov is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in system integration and project management. Currently serving as the System Integration Team Lead at Harmonic since May 2022, Pavel previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at LLC "Blockchain media," where responsibilities included overseeing the technical department and developing core network infrastructure. Earlier roles include Project Manager at LLC "NEBO GC," Lead Engineer at the Central Communication Station of Federal Railways, and After-sale Engineer at ZTE, specializing in optical bearer networks. Pavel began their career as a Wireless Network Engineer at YOTA. Pavel holds a degree in Radiocommunication, Broadcasting, and Television, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, both from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
