Markus Moosbrugger has over seven years of experience in the software development field. In 2021, they began working as a Backend Developer for Txture. Prior to this, they were a Teaching Assistant at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck from 2020-2021. In 2019, they were both a Software Engineer for Self-Employed and a Web Development Intern for Sulu - The Symfony Content Management Platform. In 2018, they were a Java Developer for Self-Employed. From 2017-2016, they were a Service Delivery Intern for inet-logistics GmbH. In 2015, they were a Civilian Service for Österreichisches Rotes Kreuz and a Web Developer Internship for VRZ Informatik. In 2014, they were a Software Developer Internship for OMICRON electronics.

Markus Moosbrugger has a Bachelor of Science in Informatik from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, which they obtained in 2019 after completing an exchange semester in Computer Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Matura in Betriebssinformatik from HTL Dornbirn in 2015. Markus is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Informatik from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications in CCNA Routing and Switching: Routing and Switching Essentials from Cisco Networking Academy (obtained in 2015), CCNA Routing and Switching: Introduction to Networks from Cisco Networking Academy (obtained in 2014), and pm basic from IPMA: International Project Management Association (obtained in 2014).
