Floro, Jr. Espina is a seasoned engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from National University Philippines, acquired in 1993. With 23 years of comprehensive experience in construction and engineering projects across Qatar, UAE, and the Philippines, Floro has held significant roles, including Project Quality Manager at Harinsa Contracting Company Qatar WLL since May 2020, QAQC Manager/QHSE Manager at Contraco W.L.L. from November 2015 to April 2020, and QA/QC Manager at Al Habtoor Engineering (HLG) from March 2009 to January 2015. Floro's expertise encompasses Company Management Systems, Project Quality Systems and Procedures, site inspections, and materials testing, with a strong foundation as a Certified IRCA Lead Auditor in QMS ISO 9001:2015.
