Byron Conley has a diverse work experience. Byron is currently working as a Project Engineer at Russell since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Missouri S&T Makerspace from May 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they managed the overall operation of the organization, including overseeing the board of officers, organization managers, and outreach to potential partners.

Before that, Byron worked as a Shift Supervisor at Papa Murphy's International from June 2018 to June 2020. Byron assisted customers, handled transactions, and maintained store hygiene. Prior to that, they were a Student Assistant/Adviser at Missouri University of Science and Technology from August 2014 to May 2020. In this role, they provided guidance to students, performed resume reviews, conducted seminars, and supported them in their job search process.

In addition, Byron served as the Vice President of Missouri S&T Downtown Hall Association from December 2015 to May 2016. Byron managed a team of committee chairs, handled administrative duties, and organized events. Overall, Byron's work experience demonstrates their management skills, customer service abilities, and commitment to professional development and student engagement.

Byron Conley pursued their education from 2014 to 2021 at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to their academic achievements, Byron Conley obtained a certification as a Procore Certified Project Manager in Project Management from Procore Technologies in June 2021.
