Nathan Rader is an experienced account executive with a strong background in the solar construction industry, specializing in both utility-scale and commercial solar projects. Currently serving as an Account Manager and previously as a Sales Representative at Hardhat Workforce Solutions since November 2019, Nathan has a proven track record of building and maintaining industry relationships. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as a Sales Representative at Gillmann Services Inc. from June 2017 to November 2019 and as General Manager at Hokie Centric from May 2015 to June 2017. Nathan holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from New River Community College, earned between 2011 and 2013.
