Rodrigo Parsons has been employed in a variety of roles since 2017. Rodrigo began their career at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they served as the Vice Presidente Interno Centro de Alumnos Ingeniería Comercial UC from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they were a member of the Directiva del Centro de Alumnos 2018 and was responsible for the coordination of internal activities and teams. In 2019, they moved to Genomawork, where they served as a BI Manager. In 2020, they joined ICB S.A. as a Proyecto MAE Políticas Públicas. Currently, they are employed at Genomawork as a Customer Success Specialist.

Rodrigo Parsons attended Craighouse School from 2001 to 2014. Rodrigo then went on to Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they completed their Ingeniero Comercial in Economics in 2019, followed by their Magíster en Economía Aplicada con Mención Políticas Públicas in 2020.
