Ramesh V. has accumulated significant experience in customer success and technical consulting, currently serving as a Customer Success Associate at HappyFox Inc. since April 2016. Prior to this role, Ramesh worked as a Technical Consultant at Sutherland Global Services for a brief period and started the professional journey as a Junior Network Support Engineer at Elitecore Technologies from January 2009 to January 2011. Ramesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Detroit Mercy, obtained between 2006 and 2008, and completed a degree in Film Making and Direction at Mindscreen Film Institute in 2011. Additionally, Ramesh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jobs in Tamil Nadu, India, from 2001 to 2005.
