Susan Bloemke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training. As the owner of Northern Lights Lounge since October 2018, Susan has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. In a long-standing role as a Human Resources Specialist at Hanson Professional Services Inc. since September 2007, Susan has successfully onboarded 25% of the organization’s workforce over a decade and played a key role in managing the largest acquisition in the company's history. Prior to this, as a Training Specialist at Springfield Clinic from June 2003 to September 2007, Susan provided training to medical staff, specializing in Allscripts Touchworks EMR and Microsoft Applications. Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education from Lincoln Land Community College.
