Lital Havkin Steinberg is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in HR management and social work. Currently serving as a People Partner and HR Manager at Aquant since April 2021, Lital previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Israir Airlines and Tourism from January 2013 to March 2021, where a focus was maintained on HR strategy implementation and labor law consultations. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Maccabi Health Care Services from January 2009 to January 2013, and as a Social Worker in various capacities from May 2006 to December 2008. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution.
