Janice Oterholm Fils-Aime is an experienced brand manager currently working at Hansa Borg Bryggerier AS since February 2023. Previously, Janice held the position of key account manager at Friele Foods from February 2021 to February 2023 and managed operations at Granit Funktion & Förvaring AB from May 2018 to February 2021. Janice also served as a sales representative for Benetton Group and Indiska Magasinet AB, where responsibilities included personal sales and visual merchandising. Additionally, Janice led the Retail Management Board, overseeing events and collaborations while inspiring fellow students. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in retail management from BI Norwegian Business School and a BBA from HEC Montréal, complemented by studies in philosophy and human rights.
