Timothy Oberschlake possesses extensive experience in the construction and operations sectors, with a career spanning over four decades. At Hanlin Rainaldi Construction since 2011, Timothy has established a successful project management service while leading various stakeholders in the design and construction processes for notable commercial accounts. Previously, as Director of Operations at Creative Housing, Incorporated, Timothy managed housing initiatives for individuals with disabilities and oversaw the maintenance of over 500 housing units. As Director of Construction at Bravo Developments, Timothy played a key role in the growth of a multi-unit restaurant chain, managing construction projects across multiple states. Founding Grizzly Construction, Timothy specialized in commercial projects and built a solid vendor network. Timothy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Kent State University, OSHA 30 Hour certification from the University of San Diego, and a Journeyman Carpenter degree from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners Local 200.
