Lewis Conway MCIOB (Bsc) has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Site Manager at CALA Group Limited since July 2014, where previous roles included Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager. Prior to this, Lewis held the position of Assistant Site Manager at Banner Homes for a brief period in 2014 and worked as a Highway Technician Advanced for Hampshire County Council from December 2011 to February 2014. Lewis Conway's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Solent University (2015-2018) and an NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision from Highbury College (2012-2014), alongside additional qualifications in construction and the built environment.
