Lori Anne Davis currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at Hoya Vision Care, leading recruitment and employee engagement efforts in North America since May 2024. Prior to this role, Lori Anne held the position of Head of Global Recruitment Practice at Vanderlande from November 2020 to May 2024, where key initiatives included developing a Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence Strategy and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Lori Anne's career also encompasses leadership roles at Concentrix and Convergys, focusing on global recruitment practices and talent acquisition solutions. Lori Anne holds a Master of Science in International Business from Troy University and additional educational credentials from SUNY Brockport.
