Daniel J. Layden is a distinguished trial lawyer and shareholder at Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, where experience spans from August 2009 to the present. Daniel specializes in large exposure insurance and financial institution litigation, representing Fortune 100 companies in both federal and state courts as well as AAA arbitrations. Notably, Daniel's team is among a select few recognized nationally for expertise in complex insurance coverage disputes. Prior to this position, Daniel held the role of Of Counsel at DLA Piper from July 1999 to August 2009 and worked as an Associate at Stradley Ronon from June 1997 to July 1999. Daniel earned a JD, Cum Laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BA, Summa Cum Laude, in Literature from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
