Michael Collings possesses extensive experience in property maintenance and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Maintenance at Peak Living since May 2018, Michael has been instrumental in developing maintenance policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Michael was the Area Maintenance Manager at Avenue5 Residential, where responsibilities included collaborating with multi-family housing owners on capital projects and enhancing maintenance program quality in Utah. Michael also has a background as a Project Manager at Peak Capital Partners, overseeing capital construction projects, and held roles as Senior Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor at Alliance Residential Company.
