Erik Klaphake has extensive experience in operations management and sales within the erosion and sediment control products industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Inside Sales Representative at Hanes Geo Components since March 2001. Erik possesses in-depth knowledge of a wide range of products, including geotextiles, geogrids, and various erosion control materials. Prior to this role, Erik worked as Assistant Superintendent at Edgewood Country Club from 1999 to 2001 and as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Mystic Creek Golf Club from 1996 to 1999, focusing on golf course maintenance and crew management. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Crops and Soils with an emphasis in Turf Management from Michigan State University and began a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
