Kayla Hicks is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and education. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Hanes Companies, Inc. since March 2022, Kayla previously held the position of Lead Teacher at The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy from September 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included creating engaging lessons and tracking student progress.
