Jered Gallagher is a professional with extensive experience in customer service and quality management roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service representative at Paris Corporation since August 2023, Jered previously held the position of Quality Manager at DIY Media Group from September 2017 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Service Manager at Disc Makers from February 2006 to October 2017, where Jered excelled in coaching and mentoring Project Managers, coordinating audio production, graphic design, and distribution for independent musicians and record companies, as well as developing training and best practices. Jered Gallagher holds an Associate's degree in Business from Camden County College.
