Brad McCoy began their work experience as a Computer Operator in the United States Air Force from 1980 to 1983. Brad then transitioned to working as a Computer Operator at Purcell Co. in 1984 before moving to Hancock Bank, where they held various roles such as Computer Operator, Data Processing 3rd Shift Manager, Programmer/Analyst, AVP/Programming Team Leader, and VP/Manager- Programming. At Hancock Bank, Brad was responsible for managing IT Programming Department, overseeing core banking applications, and leading and mentoring staff while coding and supporting applications.
Brad McCoy completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at The University of Southern Mississippi from 1998 to 2003. McCoy also received certifications in Bank Operations and General Banking from the American Institute of Banking in 1994 and 1993 respectively.
