Joanne O'Connell, DMCP, currently serves as the Manager of Administrative Services & Human Resources at Hancock Associates since November 2019. In addition, Joanne has been involved with nxtevent, a premier full-service Event and Destination Management Company, since March 2003, holding various roles including Consultant for Special Projects, Vice President, General Manager, and Sales and Account Manager. Prior to this, Joanne worked at The Vega Group, LLC, in several capacities from May 2000 to January 2001. Joanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.
