Anthony Grimes is an experienced education professional currently serving as Program Coordinator for both the ED Program for grades 3-12 and the Center of Autism at New Horizons Regional Education Centers since July 2019. Previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Hampton City Schools since August 2007, where responsibilities included managing daily high school operations and overseeing instructional programs. Prior to that, served as Title I Coordinator at Newport News Public Schools from August 2004 to July 2007, focusing on the development of lesson plans for Title One students and collaboration with classroom teachers. Anthony's career began at Prince George's County Public Schools, where from January 1995 to August 2004, contributions included implementing school-wide curricula and leading teacher training sessions. Anthony Grimes holds a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the State University of New York at Oswego.
