Adam Jackman is an experienced professional in unified communications, specializing in Cisco Call Centre products. Currently a Senior Architect at Global Relay since March 2021 and a Council Member for Hampshire County Council, Adam has held various roles including UC Architect at Conn3ct and Director of Adam Jackman Ltd, providing consultancy in Cisco technologies. With extensive expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Centre and related products, Adam has contributed to multiple organizations and projects, including major upgrades and custom developments. Additionally, Adam served as a Borough Councillor for Rushmoor Borough Council from 2006 to 2018, holding several leadership positions. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology & Environmental Biology from the University of Essex.
