Richard Holt is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in management and technical leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Richard serves as a Software Development Manager and Agile Capability Lead at HAMBS since July 2021. Previously, at DXC Technology from May 2019 to July 2021, Richard held multiple positions, including Program Lead for the Think Tank program, where a Design Thinking approach was utilized to evaluate innovative ideas through various development stages. Richard has also contributed significantly at Raytheon as a Business Engagement Lead and Scrum Master, where collaboration on PLM tools and military systems took place. Richard's earlier roles include software engineering positions with companies such as Innodev Pty Ltd and Velocity Systems International, where a robust foundation in Java technology and Agile methodologies was established. Richard holds a BSc Hons in Business Information Technology from the University of Staffordshire.
