Svein Frydenlund is an experienced business development professional currently serving as Næringssjef/Head of Business Development for Hamar kommune since March 2016. Prior to this role, Svein was the Daglig leder of Hamarregionen utvikling from March 2006 to March 2016, overseeing strategic economic development and development projects in the Hamar region. Between 2003 and 2006, Svein worked as a researcher and project leader at the Eastern Norway Research Institute, focusing on economic and regional development. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Adviser at Telenor Mobile Communications from 1999 to 2002. Svein holds an MBA from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School, completed in 1998.
