Kenny Israni, PMP, has a diverse work experience in project management, particularly in the biotechnology and medical device industries. Kenny has held various roles in different companies, including Halozyme, Inc., Philips, and GE Healthcare.

At Halozyme, Inc., Kenny currently serves as the Senior Director of Project Management, where they are responsible for planning, tracking, and driving the timely execution of project goals and deliverables.

Prior to their current role, Kenny worked as the Director of Project Management at Halozyme, Inc., where they managed strategic biotechnology projects with global cross-functional teams. In this role, they developed high-quality integrated project plans and applied project management best practices in project development, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

As a Lead Program Integrator for Anesthesia & Respiratory Care, they managed new product introduction and post-market releases for anesthesia products. Kenny also worked as a Lead Program Integrator for Software, managing software releases for new product introduction and installed base projects on X-Ray products. Additionally, Kenny served as a Lead Engineer in Imaging & Advanced Applications, focusing on driving enhancements to improve image quality and minimize rescans. Kenny also worked as an Advanced Imaging & Clinical Applications Engineer, where they developed new clinical applications and imaging features for X-Ray products.

Before transitioning to the biotechnology and medical device industries, Kenny gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Low Vision Research Laboratory, where they analyzed fMRI neuro images and designed clinical trials and Java-based tools for Age-Related Macular Degeneration screening and rehabilitation procedures.

Furthermore, Kenny interned at GE Healthcare, working on characterizing shift-variance of the Point Spread Function for linear Digital X-ray Tomosynthesis. Kenny also designed 3-D image deblurring algorithms and developed methods for characterizing Tomosynthesis reconstructed slices.

Kenny began their career as an intern at P.D. Hinduja Hospital and Medical Research Center, where they designed an online database and participated in the installation, maintenance, and repair of biomedical equipment.
