Loretta Northcutt is an experienced professional currently serving as a Care Advocate at Hallmark Labs since August 2020. As the Owner and Principal of Northcutt Future since May 2006, Loretta has developed a strong entrepreneurial background. Previously, Loretta held the position of Retail Merchandiser at Hallmark Cards from April 2016 to July 2020 and worked as a Customer Service Representative at AFFINA, focusing on consumer electronics from July 2008 to November 2010. Early career experiences include serving as a Customer Insurance Representative at Allstate Insurance from November 2002 to April 2003. Loretta's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in History from Chicago State University, along with studies at Luther College and the University of Chicago, complemented by earlier education at Robert Lindblom Technical High School and Horace Mann Elementary School.
