Eric Fagerman is a Senior Mechanical Designer at Hallam-ICS. Eric has over fifteen years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering, with a focus on process engineering and surface finishing.
Eric began their career as a Process Engineer at Sumco LLC in 2006. There, they worked on developing electroplating processes for continuous coil reel-to-reel manufacturing. In 2012, they transitioned to Moen Incorporated, where they spent nine years as a Senior Process Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for surface finishing, powder coating, and automated and manual assemblies (cartridges).
Throughout their career, Eric has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering. Their skills and expertise have helped him to excel in their current role at Hallam-ICS.
Eric Fagerman has a MET from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and a High School Diploma with Honors from Penn High School. Eric also has certification from Jans Roovers Associates in Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plans, Prosci in Certified Change Management Practioner, The National Association for Surface Finishing in Certified Electroplater-Finisher, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Industrial Ventilation Design Certification.
