Anil Rathaur has been working in the culinary industry for the past 10 years. In 2010, they began their career with The Claridges Hotels & Resorts as an Associate. Anil then moved to Marriott International in 2011 in an Associate role. In 2012, they joined tandoor grill ipoh,Malaysia as an Asst Chef. In 2015, they were promoted to CDP at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group. In 2018, they were offered the role of Chef at The Boston Bowl Company and Sous Chef at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC. Currently, they are working as the Indian Head Chef at Hall.

Anil Rathaur attended Govt. Institute of Hotel Management-Dehradun from 2006 to 2007, where they studied all subjects. Prior to that, they attended Kumaon University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their graduation in B.A.
