Chip DeClue has extensive experience in coaching and leadership roles, currently serving as a Halftime Coach at the Halftime Institute since June 2017, where the mission focuses on creating a meaningful second half of life. Since May 2018, Chip has also worked as a Business and Leadership Coach at PCS-Global. In a prior role as Interim Executive Director at New Hope Center for Grief Support from 2016 to 2017, Chip successfully guided the organization through a leadership transition and developed a new strategic vision. Previously, from 1994 to 2015, Chip held the position of Vice President of Finance at Enterprise Leasing Company of Detroit, overseeing finance operations for several brands and managing significant revenue. Earlier career roles include Group Controller and Group Accountant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, along with foundational experience as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. Chip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
