Stephen Edwards is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in stormwater management and erosion control. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Brightpoint Community College and as an Environmental Administrator for the County of Dinwiddie, Stephen oversees compliance with erosion and sediment control regulations and manages various stormwater programs. Previous roles include Stormwater Program Manager for the City of Hopewell, Environmental Administrator/Plan Reviewer for the County of Dinwiddie, and Sr. Engineer Tech. for the City of Colonial Heights, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in site design, regulatory compliance, and project management.
