Sandra Zeiher currently serves as HR Manager and Head of Training at HAINBUCH GMBH SPANNENDE TECHNIK since October 2017, focusing on strategic aspects of commercial and industrial training in Germany, as well as the development and implementation of standardized processes and structures. Previously, Sandra held roles including Head of Training and HR Officer/Trainer, where responsibilities included personnel marketing, university marketing initiatives, and comprehensive oversight of the training program. Prior experience includes a position as a service staff member and deputy service manager at Werkcafe Ludwigsburg from September 2013 to September 2017. Sandra holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences (2019-2023), a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Service Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (2014-2017), and a Fachabitur in Economics from Robert-Franck-Schule Ludwigsburg (2011-2014).
