Shawn Blevins possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership across various manufacturing environments. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Kennametal since September 2015, Shawn oversees HR functions for six manufacturing sites. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Shearer's Snacks, where leadership support was provided for 375 employees, and at AGC Glass Company North America, responsible for HR functions for a total of 640 employees across multiple locations. Additional experience includes HR management at Dana Holding Corporation and recruitment at Interim Partners. Shawn Blevins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
