Pol Baijet has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2018, Pol worked as a Sales Marketing Internship at Biogrà Alimentació Ecológica, where they gained experience in plant-based and organic food sales. In 2019, Pol worked as a Sales Consultant at EDL Creative Group for a brief period.

From 2017 to 2022, Pol worked at Sutton Club Barcelona as a Manager of Events, gaining valuable experience in event management.

In 2022, Pol joined haddock (YC W22) as a Field Sales Representative, where they were responsible for studying the sector, creating strategies, and building a team. They quickly progressed to the role of Field Sales Team Lead, leading the team in Barcelona and scaling it to Madrid. Their achievements include being the top performer in sales for the Spanish market throughout the year and achieving a high demo-to-deal conversion rate. Currently, Pol is the Outbound Sales Team Lead at haddock, where they manage and coach a high-performing team, aiming to maximize sales productivity and enhance customer satisfaction. They have a consistent track record of overachieving quota expectations.

Pol Baijet attended ESCI-UPF from 2015 to 2019, earning a degree in International Business and Marketing. In addition, from 2018 to 2019, Pol also studied at TrendUp Finance, where they pursued a degree in L1 & L2 Trend Up with a specialization in Finance, General.
