Mert Acar is a Senior Software Engineer at Sky since March 2023, following a tenure as a Software Engineer at Improbable from August 2022 to March 2023, and previous experience at Sky in various engineering roles from September 2019 to August 2022. During time at Sky, Mert Acar contributed to the development of a Golang Kubernetes Operator for live streaming solutions and architected cloud-native systems for processing AWS data into Google Cloud. Mert Acar started as a Graduate Software Engineer, creating a web portal for internal users, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from King's College London, as well as a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Information Technology from Richmond upon Thames College.
