Kristin (Stoehr) Pereira has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Their most recent role was as Head of Risk, Americas at MarketAxess, a FinTech company focused on creating a liquidity pool and digital marketplace for fixed-income bonds. At GE, they also served as a Six Sigma Blackbelt, Master Blackbelt, and Quality Leader, where they applied statistical methodology and data analytics to drive process improvements in the areas of marketing, sales, business development, data integrity, and underwriting. Kristin also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Economics from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. In addition to their academic achievements, Kristin has obtained several certifications. Kristin holds a CRISC certification from ISACA, obtained in December 2016. Kristin also has a CFA Claritas Certification from the CFA Institute, obtained in January 2015. Furthermore, they hold certifications in Six Sigma, including Black Belt, Master Black Belt, and Quality Leader, which were obtained from GE in May 1997.
