Marco Schuster currently serves as the Director of Revenue & Capacity Management at Deutsche Hospitality since April 2023. Prior to this role, Marco held various positions at Accor from March 2015 to March 2023, including Regional Revenue Manager for Central Europe, where leadership encompassed a team managing a portfolio of 60 hotels in Germany and Austria. Marco's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Hilton Munich City and Hilton, along with experience at InterContinental Sydney and NH Hoteles, where a strong foundation in hotel operations was established. Marco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague and a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
