Richard Boon has extensive experience in technology operations and software testing, currently serving as Senior Tech Ops Manager at Gymshark since July 2017, where previous roles included Tech Support Manager, Infrastructure Administrator, and App Administrator. Prior to Gymshark, Richard worked as a Software Contractor at Integral UK Ltd for a brief period in 2017, contributing to Project Phoenix and Maximo functional testing while collaborating with Deloitte. Richard also supported the testing phase of Project Phoenix at Vetasi Limited from August 2015 to February 2017, and performed testing on safety equipment while at Capital Safety in Sydney, Australia. An earlier role as Technical Consultant at Vetasi Limited involved a 14-month industrial placement focused on asset management solutions. Richard holds a degree in IT Management for Business from Aston University, obtained in 2014, following education at South Bromsgrove High School.
